Here's how it works

You can Video Call with a Dealer^{Whisbi - Subject to Dealer Availability} of your choice by clicking here. Visiting our virtual showroom requires no extra software on your computer, mobile or tablet and is free of charge^{Whisbi - Technology}.

Once connected, a Sales Expert can give you the same personalised experience in our virtual showroom that you would usually receive when visiting our showrooms, including:

• A consultation to help recommend the best vehicle and specification to meet your needs and budget
• A complete 360-degree tour, inside and out, of the vehicle and features you’re interested in
• Creating a personalised vehicle specification in our ‘Build and Price’ tool by sharing their screen, which you can take away and come back to whenever works for you
• Explaining current promotions and presenting you with a finance quotation
• Arranging a ‘COVID safe’ test-drive at your home, or from the dealership
• Answering any questions, you may have to give you the full experience, all from the comfort of your own home or anywhere you choose.

If our Dealers are busy when you call, it’s possible to leave your details and they’ll get back to you at a time that suits you.

And don’t worry, the video display only works one way so they can’t see you or inside your home, but you can chat away or type your questions in the chat box as the Sales Expert helps you.
