Using the Ford Telematics solution, we will monitor the health of your fleet and proactively schedule required maintenance and repairs when it suits you and your drivers. As a Ford Fleet Management customer, you will receive through FMG our Accident Management service to proactively assist with any incident from start to finish. FMG is the UK's leading provider of Fleet Incident Management and Specialist Vehicle Recovery services. From vehicle recovery, cost estimates, repairs and insurance claims, to uninsured loss recovery from third parties, all these will be covered. With all parts of the process completely managed in-house by FMG's accident management experts, you will end up saving both time and money.

Every part of our Accident Management service has been designed to be as simple and as straightforward as possible. FMG's operational platform, Ingenium, efficiently manages the allocation of all claims across its dedicated customer service teams to help deliver the quickest outcome possible and get you and your drivers back on the road!

Our inclusive breakdown assistance ensures your drivers are fully supported at all times - wherever and whenever they need it.

We partner with the AA, whose patrols are equipped with diagnostic technology to keep your business moving. This means significantly reduced downtime from which you will get increased driver and vehicle productivity.

  • European breakdown assistance included with all Ford Fleet Management-maintained vehicles - subject to registration. Drivers wishing to take their vehicle abroad (including Republic of Ireland) can notify us prior to their trip using the Driver Assistance number and we will do the rest.

  • The process is as straightforward as possible, with drivers able to phone the Driver Assistance number any time of the day or night in the UK to request assistance. Our service also offers a 48-hour free-of-charge loan car if the vehicle has to be recovered in the UK.

  • Our association with the AA offers an attractive solution to our customers in terms of responsiveness and service standards. We also regularly monitor AA service levels, including response times, and fix rates, to ensure top levels of service are maintained.

  • Should the AA be unable to repair your car or van, our uptime team can arrange for a replacement vehicle to keep your driver mobile (subject to selected uptime services).
